Indigofera Jeans Heyes Pants 14oz Yarn Dyed Serge
This variant is sold out
"Heyes“ pants: high waist, tapered leg with early 20th century inspired workwear detailing.
Worsted wool serge was commonly used in old military uniforms. It made the uniforms significantly lighter compared to previous felted uniforms. After the 1940s, cotton fabrics took over. This high density cotton serge use a slubby cotton yarn in both warp and weft, dyed in the same color shade. Serge is an even-sided, soft and durable fabric with a prominent diagonal twill pattern, originally made of silk, in Latin called “serica” – hence the name serge.
